Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Founded in 2020, Jonathan has led Lenox Bridge Development Partners to becoming one of the leaders in developing Long Island and surrounding neighborhoods. Graduating from Sacred Heart University, Jonathan's unique stylistic approach created opportunities to work for the cities biggest institutions. No slowing down in sight, Jonathan is still taking Lenox Bridge Development Partners to new heights.
President of Development
With a background in small town development and investing, Andrew quickly adapted to big city business. In 2020 years, Andrew has moved up the ranks and has become our newest president. He has impressed many as a forward thinker and excellent communicator. Andrew also spearheads most of our companies charity events and non-profit out reach.
Chief Operating Officer
Graduating from Florida Atlantic University, Matthew has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading marketing campaigns that brought on new investors, Matthew has made a name for himself with spacious designs. Matthew has proven to become the face of Lenox Bridge Development Partners a positive asset to the community.
Starting with a small set of apartment buildings, we have grown to residential and commercial high rises in our cities downtown. We provide everything from leasing and property management to legal support.
Our team of architects and designers have created award winning designs. We will work with you to develop the distinctive look you envision. Make sure to check out our completed projects.
